We believe that leadership, specifically the principalship, is a key ingredient to the most successful schools.  We believe it is our responsibility to develop the capacity of both the principal and school leadership teams.  We believe that having a trusted coach to support the principal’s and leadership team’s growth is a key accelerator to school improvement, ultimately leading to improved student outcomes.  The most successful principals and leadership teams can benefit from an experienced, knowledgeable, and trusted coach.

 Olson Consulting has broad experience with leadership development, including speaking, facilitating training, and on-the-ground coaching with principals and their leadership teams.  Working relationships include a broad range of principals spanning across multiple school districts.  Each coaching relationship is unique and requires a customized plan for working together.  The goal is always the same:  to help school leaders develop their knowledge and skills, which ultimately benefits OUR KIDS.
